Position Summary
The University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is offering a 2 year fellowship providing advanced training in Pharmaceutical Health Services, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, Medication Adherence, and Patient Safety. The program provides training to conduct research in drug therapy outcomes, pharmacoepidemiology, health services research and/or implementation science. During the fellowship, the fellow will plan, conduct, and disseminate results for 2-3 distinct research projects. The fellow has opportunities to receive formal training in epidemiology, biostatistics, and/or clinical study design. Opportunities will be available to train and coordinate activities of professional and graduate students. The fellow will also gain experience teaching in the School’s curriculum. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, an independent worker, possess strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
