The laboratory of
Dr. Brian Tsuji in the Department of Pharmacy Practice, School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, is offering a position for an infectious diseases fellow who will be appointed as a
Postdoctoral Associate within the
SPPS.
About us:
- Our translational laboratory is devoted to combating antibiotic resistance with a long-standing history of training, fostering, and developing successful Postdoctoral Associates for nearly two decades.
- Our Postdoctoral Associates have gone on to obtain outstanding positions in research one institutions in the US, as scientists, as infectious diseases clinicians, and work in top careers at the FDA, and in the pharmaceutical industry.
- The Postdoctoral Associate program is designed to develop academic leaders through intensive training in microbiology, pharmacology, experimental design, and grant submissions to NIH.
- Postdoctoral Associates will have a unique opportunity to publish original research in manuscripts and present their findings in a multitude of national and international conferences.

Minimum Qualifications
PharmD or PhD within the past five years from the appointment.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with a strong microbiology background excited to work in fun and fast paced infectious diseases research group focusing on combating bacterial superbugs.
