Postdoctoral and graduate student positions in Dr. Yuhua Song Group in Department of Biomedical Engineering at The University of Alabama at Birmingham
Our research group was recently awarded a five-year NIH grant to investigate important immune activity events and its underlying structural and molecular mechanisms. We will use the integrated computational, biophysical and biological approaches to implement our research goal.
We are recruiting self-motivated postdoctoral researcher/fellow and graduate student with strong biophysical and biochemical binding experiments, molecular biology, cell biology, cell culture, and animal handling skills and can work with a high degree of independence and with good team spirit. Candidate should have high quality research experience in at least one of these research areas as evidenced by first-author publication in quality peer-reviewed journals.
Our group also performs extensive computational biology research. The new postdoctoral researcher/fellow has opportunity to gain additional computational biology skills.
Interested candidates, please contact Dr. Yuhua Song by email: yhsong@uab.edu and include your transcripts and CV in the email.
