Jacqui's main areas of research interest are in the educational technologies, and student engagement in higher education, particularly in culturally and linguistically diverse groups.
She is currently completing her PhD in pharmacy education - “Prescriptions for Success: A qualitative study of the factors affecting engagement, learning and academic performance from the perspective of successful CALD (culturally and linguistically diverse) and non CALD Pharmacy students at a research-intensive Australian University”.
Jacqui is currently co-supervising 3 honours students in various pharmacy education research projects. Jacqui is a reviewer for the A-ranked journal Higher Education Research and Development
